Hello, I'm Rosie, a former men's knitwear designer with a passion for colour and texture. It all began with a blanket I knitted for my eldest daughter. The love it received sparked the idea to create a collection of knitted blankets and accessories, with playful motifs, colour and texture at the heart of each design. I'm proud to still make all bespoke items myself on my trusty knitting machine around my 3 young 'helpers'!
Smitten Knits creates bold, colourful knits that will provide comfort, be played with and loved throughout the early years and beyond.
Today, Smitten Knits has grown into a collection of textile goods for babies and children that feels amazing to touch. I create blankets, comforters and cushions that are alive with colour and pattern.
I design these items with the wish that they will become much-loved keepsakes in years to come and be a happy reminder of the younger years.
